Eco Commitee meets Gelligaer Community Council

A big thank you to Gelligaer Community Council, who visited the Eco Commitee yesterday and presented us with a hedgehog house from Hedgehog Helpline. Chair Cllr Teresa Parry, Cllr Haydn Pritchard and Ceri Mortimer Clerk to the Council, had a lovely stroll around our school grounds and helped us pick the perfect position to place the house. It will be tucked away in a thicket, with plenty of coverage and shade. 

They also presented us with an RBL Silent Soldier silhouette for us to create a memorial garden in the grounds. Diolch yn fawr.
