ONE PAGE PROFILES
All children have a One Page Profile at Greenhill. Please ask your child's class teacher if you have not had a copy.
A One Page Profile captures all the important information about a person on a single sheet of paper.
It’s a powerful and effective way of gathering and sharing the most important information about an individual.
The One page profile must contain 3 simple headings
- what people appreciate about me
- what’s important to me
- how best to support me.
One Page Profiles help all working with the children to build better relationships by truly understanding what really matters to the person in their life and the way they are supported to live it
It provides a record that can move with the person as they transition from service to service or use multiple services
being regularly updated to reflect changing circumstances and aspirations.
