We have an exciting and interesting topic to share with you this term.
This term we will be learning all about Fairy Tales. We will be reading lots of stories, such as 'Goldilocks and the The Bears', 'The Little Red Hen,' and ‘The squirrel that squabbles’. We will be learning what fair means, what is fair and what’s unfair in the classroom and through different stories. We will also be learning about Autumn.
Some of the exciting activities we will be completing this term are:
In Science we are going to be learning about materials, to help us build a waterproof roof to keep The 3 Bears dry.
We will be tasting porridge with different toppings and choosing our favourite one. We will then be creating the data into a tally and bar chart.
In the Little Red Hen story we will be making bread and writing instructions.
We will be completing lots of activities in our continuous areas.
